Most agents charge a standard 2.5%-3%. Some agents charge as low as 1%. I handle all of the marketing, MLS, photography, provide weekly updates, take all calls from buyers, offer negotiations, and handle the full closing. You do the showings (only when the buyer comes with their agent, for safety purposes). Open house to be hosted by me the first or second weekend after going on market.
